These Terms govern use of the Wala Works website, WhatsApp bot, products, and home intelligence services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of our systems.

2. The WhatsApp Bot

Our WhatsApp number is answered by an automated bot that follows fixed rules. It is not a person, and it is not a general-purpose assistant. Ask it for a person at any point and it hands you to one.

Anything the bot tells you about products, coverage, timing, or price is indicative. It is not an offer and it does not bind Wala Works. A commitment exists only when Wala Works confirms it. The bot serves the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the districts of Gurugram, Faridabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, and Ghaziabad. A pin code it declines is a statement about our coverage today and nothing more.

3. Product Availability

Product specifications, installation scope, pricing, and availability may change based on home layout, component supply, and project requirements. Any commercial proposal or installation commitment must be confirmed by Wala Works.

4. Installations

Home automation installations may require site inspection, electrical compatibility checks, network access, and customer approvals. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to installation areas.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Wala Works integrates with open-source software and third-party platforms including Home Assistant, ESPHome, voice assistants, messaging providers, and private networking tools. Their own terms and availability may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, product names, documentation, designs, and software created by Wala Works are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wala Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, integrations, or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
